Notes
- This BCNM quest is triggered at the question marks at E-10 in Caedarva Mire (SouthEast of Jazarrat spawn)
- Cast Goddess Hymnus after touching the ???
- Head into Talacca Cove and go NW to the Rock Slab
- Enter the "Ballad of the Damned" battlefield
- Buffs will wear on entry.
- After completing the battlefield, go back to the ??? at E-10 to learn Foe Sirvente.
- You must wait until weekly reset on Sunday to continue to the next fight, The Worth of a Crew
Strategy
- You will fight "Salt Singer" who has approximately 4700 HP and (after 50% HP) his pet Hullbreaker.
- Hullbreaker and Salt Singer are not sleepable.
- Salt Singer is a Galka BRD that is dual wielding and uses a ranged weapon.
- At 50% he will spawn "The Hullbreaker".
- Elegy on the pet when it spawns helps.
- A well geared DD BRD/NIN can defeat Salt Singer without engaging Hullbreaker. This will require meds and an icarus wing.
- Try not to use M. Kris or K. Club. The TP feed will cause him to spam TP moves and either WS you or use his TP move to reset your TP.
- Using TP gain methods BEFORE engaging will help.
- Use sleep pots with necklace and/or TP wing.
- Soul Voice with double minuet to open with a WS helps.
